Mugen: Popeye

Popeye is one of my favorite non-comic-book-superhero characters. He is moral, funny, and strong (even encourages children to each spinach!). I was amazed that there is at least one great version of him for MUGEN. It is far and away one of the best characters out there for MUGEN. He was created by Derrick D. Rowell and you should download this one. Download
